2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Squarespace (Squarespace Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). When you visit the site, the provider processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and browser and device information (server log files). This is needed to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in running the website securely and efficiently). We have a data processing agreement with the provider. Data may be transferred to Squarespace, Inc. in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information is in Squarespace’s privacy policy.

3. Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary data is processed.

4. Contacting us by email
If you email us, we process your details (sender address, content of your message) only to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep it.

5. External links and map
On the contact page we show an image of a map extract that links to Google Maps. No data is sent to Google just by visiting our page. Google’s privacy policy applies only once you click the link. The same applies to any other external links on this website.

6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
